Near Villa Chia rises “Chia Laguna Resort” where you can find: bar, newsagent and chemist. Near the villa there are also market, Butcher's shop, fish and fruit stalls. The area has an average temperature from spring to autumn that never drops below 19 degrees C.
Villa Chia is located in an area of Sardinia where there is plenty of opportunity to do something nice. Sports enthusiasts will be spoiled for choice, kitesurf, boat sailing, horse riding, and so on.
For golfers there is a great opportunity to be able to play, as well as the first pitch & putt italiano a 18 beech (the prestigious Chia Golf Club), in the international field of one of the largest golf club in Italy, l’Is Molas.
